Russian Elevator Partner VERNO LIFT LLC and Major Developer Komos-Stroy Visit XITEC LIFT, Marking a Strategic Cooperation Milestone

From July 25 to 29, 2025, a delegation from VERNO LIFT LLC, a respected elevator company based in Izhevsk, capital of the Udmurt Republic, Russia, along with its key partner Komos-Stroy, a leading property developer, visited XITEC LIFT in China for a five-day technical tour and commercial discussion.
Komos-Stroy develops over 1 million square meters of new construction projects annually, reflecting its strong market presence.
Site Visits Focused on core Manufacturing Strength and Product Quality
The delegation was warmly welcomed by Ms. Li Yinyin, General Manager of Sales at XITEC LIFT. Their first stop was the freight elevator and escalator production facility in Jiaxing (Jiaxing UMY), where Ms. Li introduced the company's development journey, technological expertise, product range, and global strategy.
The second stop was the Qingshan Base in Lin’an, Hangzhou (Qingshan UMY), XITEC LIFT’s core manufacturing center for passenger elevators. The delegation toured the production lines and quality control systems, expressing high recognition for the company’s manufacturing processes and consistent product quality.
The final visit was to the Hengfan Base in Lin’an, which houses the core component manufacturing center of Zhejiang UMY Smart Technology Co., Ltd., also the headquarters of UMY and FORVORDA.
Ms. Chen Yidong, General Manager of Zhejiang UMY, hosted the delegation and presented the company's strengths in elevator component R&D, precision manufacturing, and smart technology integration.
Toward Long-Term Partnership in the Russian Market
The visit gave VERNO LIFT LLC and Komos-Stroy a comprehensive understanding of XITEC LIFT’s end-to-end capabilities — from elevator design and assembly to core components and quality assurance.
Both parties expressed strong interest in future cooperation and reached a preliminary strategic partnership agreement.
This visit marks an important step toward deepening collaboration and expanding XITEC LIFT’s presence in the Russian and CIS markets.
