Structure & Material: The cabin walls are constructed from high-strength 304 hairline or mirror-etched stainless steel (thickness ≥1.5mm), CNC bending-formed for superior rigidity, complying with GB7588 and EN81 safety standards.
Control System: Equipped with an integrated Car Operating Panel (COP) featuring a high-resolution TFT LCD display and high-sensitivity micro-motion buttons. Supports CAN bus/RS-485 communication interfaces for real-time feedback of operation data and fault codes.
Ventilation & Lighting: Features a top-integrated low-noise cross-flow fan with concealed vents for high ventilation efficiency. The lighting system utilizes long-life LED sources with an automatic sleep mode for energy saving.
Safety Mechanisms: The door system incorporates a full-height infrared light curtain to automatically detect obstacles. A precision weighing device at the cabin bottom cuts off circuits and triggers an alarm immediately upon 110% overload.
Ride Comfort: Composite rubber damping pads are installed between the cabin frame and bottom to effectively isolate micro-vibrations from wire ropes, maintaining operation noise levels below 55dB.
